珠澳供水安全现状及对策建议

Problems and Suggestions for Zhuhai-Macao Water Supply

珠江三角洲珠澳地区供水安全问题研究的重要性日益显著。在调查珠澳地区的供水现状的基础上,分析了影响该地区供水安全的主要问题,提出了提高珠澳地区供水安全的保障措施。研究表明:咸潮影响日益严重、抢淡输水通道不足、南北供水系统不平衡、主城区与西区淡水资源存在差异以及水厂设计供水规模偏小是珠澳地区供水安全存在的主要问题;提出了以增加抢淡调水通道、提高北库群补库能力、加强水厂供水能力建设、加强理论研究、构建科学调度模型、加强协调管理等工程措施和非工程措施来有效的提高珠澳地区的供水安全。

The study on water supply safety of Zhuhai- Macao is more and more significant in the Pearl River Delta. On the basis of the current situation of water supply in Zhuhai- Macao,the problems which have a bad influence on the water supply were analyzed and the measures are put forward to keep the water supply safer. The research shows that： the salty tide impact growing,lack of the lines to transport freshwater,the imbalance of water supply system in north and south region and the water resource differences between the centre and east of the region are the main problems. The measures which could improve the level of water supply safety include adding the lines to transport freshwater,improving the capacity of the reservoir in the north,expending water supply capacity,strengthening basic theoretical study,building scientific scheduling model and so on.
