摘要
通过对化工火灾固有特点的分析,设计出了基于单片机的面向化工生产过程的火灾报警系统。本系统能够精确检测可燃气体浓度与生产环境温度。单片机将采集到的数据与设定值进行比照分析,根据分析结果做出相应的动作,并将结果上传至上位机。该系统具有检测精确、反应迅速、实时监控的优点。同时系统硬件具备一定的防爆特性,可适应化工生产的复杂环境。
The fire alarm system,which is faced to the process of chemical production,is designed. This system, based on MCU, is capable of detecting flammable gas concentration and the production environment temperature. The Single Chip Microcomputer analyzes the data then makes the corresponding action. At the same time,the Single Chip Microcomputer uploads the data to upper computer. The system has the advantages of precise detection,rapid reaction andreal-time monitoring. In addition,the characters of anti-explosion can adapt to the complex environment of chemical production.
