摘要 据统计,轮胎气压异常是导致汽车发生交通事故的主要因素,而事实已经证明轮胎压力监测系统TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System),能有效的监测轮胎的实时气压状况,并在轮胎气压出现异常时对驾驶者做出预警,以保障行车安全。然而,目前市场上应用的轮胎压力监测系统需要接入汽车的总线网络并通过汽车仪表盘来完成胎温胎压数据的显示,这样就造成实时监测数据的更新延迟,而不能保证驾驶人员有足够充裕的时间来应对轮胎气压出现的问题。为了解决这个问题,介绍设计的一种不依附于汽车总线网络和仪表盘的多无线传感模式的轮胎压力监测系统,主要包括总体方案、硬件设计、软件设计、预测控制算法、测试结果。经试验和测试表明:此轮胎压力监测系统监测能快速高效的监测轮胎的实时气压和温度,并降低了轮胎压力监测系统的造价成本,有很强的实用性。 According to the statistics, abnormal tire pressure is a major factor leading to automobile traffic accidents, and the facts have proven that tire pressure monitoring system (Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS), can monitor the real-time pressure situation effectively, when an exception occurs in the tire pressure it also makes a warning to the driver to ensure driving safety. However, the application of the current market tire pressure monitoring systems need access to bus network and through the car dashboard to complete the tire temperature tire pressure data display, which resulted in the real-time monitoring data update delay, but can not guarantee that the driver has enough ample time to deal with tire pressure problems.To solve this problem, introduce a multiple wireless sensing mode tire pressure monitoring system, which not depend on the bus network and the car dashboard, including the overall program, hardware design, software design, predictive control algorithm, test results.The experiment and the test showed that: the tire pressure monitoring system monitors the pressure and temperature in real-time monitoring of tire quickly and efficiently, which can also reduce the construction cost of the tire pressure monitoring system, has a strong practical.
