派出所民警工作压力现状调查研究

Survey on Working Pressure of Police in Police Sub-stations

当前,派出所民警承受了较大工作压力,且具有一定的普遍性。公安机关应当按照以人为本的理念,树立科学的压力观和管理理念,提高安排工作的科学性,加强工作的过程管理,营造内部良好工作氛围,以更多的实际举措、更大的关心关爱,为基层民警减压减负,确保派出所各项工作有序开展。

At present,the police officers suffer from great work pressure generally in police sub-stations.Public security organs shall stick to the human-oriented idea,set up the scientific view of pressure and management,improve the work arrangement scientifically,strengthen the process management,build internal good working atmosphere,care for police in grass—roots,carry out practical measures to relieve their work pressure,so as to promote the work in police stations.
