摘要
选取2005~2012年我国制造业省级面板数据,从产业层面探讨我国制造业集聚与环境污染的关系。结果表明,在控制了产业规模、外商直接投资、能源消耗、科技投入、环境规制等条件下,制造业集聚与环境污染之间呈倒“N”型关系,并且目前我国制造业集聚水平以中低集聚度为主,处于倒“N”型曲线的两个转折点之间。据此,提出了进一步提升制造业集聚水平以降低环境污染水平的政策建议,最终实现经济增长和保护环境的双赢。
Based on the provincial panel data of manufacturing industry in China from 2005 to 2012, this paper empirically examined the relationship between Chinese manufacturing agglomeration and environment pollution. The results showed that under the control of Scale, FDI, Energy, R&D and Policy, the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution is an anti-N-shaped curve, the level of Chinese manufacturing industry was in a low degree of agglomeration, in the two turning point of anti-N-shaped curve. Accordingly, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further improve the level of industrial agglomeration to reduce the level of environmental pollution, eventually to achieve a win-win result between economic growth and environment protection.
