摘要
对"海绵城市"的相关理论和实践案例进行了研究,目的是将海绵城市的构想落实到社区层级的具体措施。主要内容包括海绵城市的内涵、原则和意义,收集了从海绵城市到海绵社区的实现途径,探讨了实现"海绵社区"所需技术,并给出了国内外优秀案例。通过从这一系列研究,得出以下结论:海绵社区的主要技术措施有雨水滞留系统、雨水回用系统、雨水收集系统、雨水渗透系统。海绵社区的主要贡献有防涝、水资源循环利用、美化景观、生态补偿等。
This article aims to implement the sponge city conception to specific measures of community levels. So the author has studied the theory and practices of "sponge city". This paper mainly expounds the connotation, principle and significance of the sponge city, collects the effective ways of the construction of the sponge city and the sponge community, shows the relevant technology, and gives the excellent cases aboard and home. Through a series of studies, this paper draws the following conclusions: the main technical measures of the sponge community are that storm rainwater retention system, rainwater reuse system, rainwater collection system, and rainwater infiltration system. Its main contributions are that water log control, recycling of water resources, landscaping and ecological compensation.
