摘要
文章结合工程技术改造实际,对板材的全自动剪切生产控制系统进行分析研究。考虑中小企业的经济性及实际情况,系统应用单片机控制技术,结合步进电机控制板料定长,主要分析了步进电机负载及匹配情况,设计了步进电机驱动电路,进一步研究了步进电机位置速度控制设计和程序控制流程,经实际应用验证取得了良好的效果。
Combining with the technical renovation project of practical analysis and study, analysed the control system of automatic cutting production plate. Considering economy and the actual situation of SMEs, system using single chip microcomputer control technology, combined with the stepper motor control sheet to determine the length of, analysed the load of stepper motor and matching design, stepper motor drive circuit,and further studied the stepper motor position and speed control system design and the control flow of a program, through the practical application of verification achieved good results.
