摘要
某黑白钨浮选尾矿含Ca F2 25.12%,采用预先磁选-萤石浮选的工艺流程,以Na_2CO_3为调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,BK410为捕收剂,进行1次粗选、6次精选、2次扫选的闭路浮选,进行萤石的回收试验研究,最终可获得含Ca F2 97.15%,回收率69.89%的精矿产品,较好地对萤石进行了回收。
A black and white tungsten flotation tailings contain 25.12% of Ca F2. The magnetic-flourite flotation combined process was used in the process.The fluorite were preferably recovered by the process of one roughing, two-stage scavengings and six-stage cleanings, with Na2CO3 as modifier, water glass as inhibitor and the BK410 as fluorite flotation collector. In the process, the flourite concentrate with 97.15% Ca F2 and Ca F2 recovery of 69.89% was obtained.
