摘要 以湖北某地脉石英矿为原料,采用高梯度强磁选、混合酸浸出工艺进行提纯,利用光学显微镜、EPMA和ICP进行表征。显示脉石英原矿中广泛性赋存微细粒钾长石、钠长石、云母,铁质氧化物及流体包裹体,主要杂质元素为Fe、Al、Ca、Mg、K、Na、Li、Mn。热力学分析表明混合酸浸出体系下混合酸浸出剂能优先与杂质矿物自发反应且其反应速率远大于混合酸浸出剂与脉石英的反应速率,混合酸浸出工艺能有效去除填隙在石英晶格中的杂质金属元素,杂质元素总量降低至40.71μg/g,总去除率达到91.11%,Si O2含量达到99.993%。 The vein quartz is from somewhere of Hubei, purified by high gradient magnetic separation and hot acid leaching technology, The characterization methods of vein quartz has been done using optical microscope, electron microprobe analysis and chemical analysis. The result shows that there are plenty of micro-fine mineral inclusions in quartz lattices such as feldspar, albite, mica, iron oxide and fluid inclusion, Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, K, Na, Li, Mn are main impurities elements of it. The thermodynamic analysis showed that in mixed acid leaching system mixed acid leaching agent can prior spontaneous reaction with mineral impurities and it's reaction rate much larger than the mixed acid leaching agent react with vein quartz, mixed acid leaching process can effectively dislodge the impurities metal element which interstitial in quartz lattice. Total amounts of impurity elements of the quartz sands were decreased to 40.71 μg/g. The total removal rate reach to 91.11%, the content of Si O2 reach to 99.993%.
