摘要
湖南某钨选矿厂采用选钨新工艺,使得下游萤石选场采用原浮选工艺不能得到合格的萤石精矿产品。因此在选萤石矿之前加入新的脱药工艺,脱出钨尾残留的选钨药剂,消除药剂影响,让萤石浮选更容易。加入脱药新工艺后,在实验室、半工业实验和工业试验均达到理想指标。最终工业试验萤石精矿的Ca F2品位稳定在93%以上,回收率稳定在55%左右。另外,脱药新工艺的加入使得萤石精矿杂质更低,有效硫含量更低,降低了萤石精矿深加工的成本。
Due to the application of a new process of a tungsten beneficiation plants in Hunan, it is more difficult to float the fluorite ore from the tailing of that tungsten beneficiation plants with the old procedure. And it can not get qualified product of fluorite. We decide to join a new process of elimination reagents to eliminate the influence of the selecting tungsten reagents before the flotation of the fluorite ore. After using the new process, no matter in laboratory, the pilot plants test and the industrial test, all tests achieve ideal indices. The industrial test results indicate that the final fluorite ore contains Ca F2 with more than 93% and its recovery rate is around 55%. In addition, the final fluorite ore contains lower impurities, lower available sulfur, which can reduce the cost of the further processing of the fluorite ore.
