摘要
目的探讨番禺地区AB型献血人群中A_2B亚型的基因分型和分布频率的特征。方法使用单克隆抗-A/抗-B、抗-A_1、人源抗-A/抗-B等试剂,对本地区AB型献血人群开展A_2B亚型的筛查;采用PCR-SSP法对抗-A_1阴性样本的基因组DNA进行扩增,根据电泳图谱判断A_2B的基因分型。结果在834例经单克隆试剂定型AB型中筛检出44例血清学A_2B亚型,发生频率约为5.28%。基因分型检出15例A205和4例A201基因型,频率约为2.28%。结论本地区AB型献血人群中A_2B亚型存在A205和A201基因型。
Objective To explore the genotype and distribution frequency of A2B subtype among blood donors in Panyu district. Methods The screening of A2B subtype among blood donors in Panyu district was taken through monoclonal anti-A / anti-B, anti-A1 and human-derived anti -A / anti-B reagents. PCR-SSP was used to amplify the DNA of anti-A, negative samples, and the genotype of A2B was decided according to the electrophoretogram. Results 44 A2B subtype samples were screened out from 834 cases of AB type confirmed by monoclonal reagents, with the frequency of 5.28%. Genotypes were as follows: 15 cases of A205, 4 cases of A201, with the frequency of 2.28%. Conclusions Among blood donors in Panyu district, the A2B subtype includs A205 genotype and A201 genotype.
