综合康复治疗对小儿痉挛型脑瘫的效果分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨综合康复治疗应用于小儿痉挛型脑瘫的效果。方法将我院收治的150例痉挛型脑瘫患儿按入院顺序分为两组各75例,对照组患儿进行物理康复治疗,研究组患儿实施综合康复治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果康复治疗3个月后,两组的改良Ashworth量表(MAS评分),粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)之D区(站立)、E区(走跑跳)评分,以及被动踝背伸角度均有明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组的MAS评分明显低于对照组,GMFM-88之D区、E区评分明显高于对照组,被动踝背伸角度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为94.67%,显著高于对照组的81.33%(P<0.05)。结论对痉挛型脑瘫患儿实施综合康复治疗能有效提高患儿的运动、认知、言语、生活和社会适应能力,改善患儿的生存质量。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 150 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups equally. The control group received physical rehabilitation therapy, while the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of rehabilitation therapy, the modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score, the scores of D-area and E-area of gross motor function measure scale (GMFM-88), and passive ankle dorsiflexion angle of both groups improved significantly (P〈0.05), and the MAS score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group, the scores of D-area and E-area of GMFM-88 were significantly higher than those of control group, and the ankle dorsiflexion angle was better than that of control group (P 〈0.05). The total effective rate of study group was 94.67%, significantly higher than 81.33% of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy can effectively improve their motor, cognitive, language, life and social adaptation abilities, and improve their quality of life.
