子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术产后出血的临床疗效评价

Effect of B-Lynch Uterine Suture Technique for the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的探讨子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取2013年6月至2015年5月我院收治的剖宫产产后出血患者102例,随机分为两组各51例,对照组给予传统止血治疗,观察组给予背带式缝合术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、产后出血总量、术后24 h出血量、苏醒时间、手术有效率和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、产后出血总量及苏醒时间均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后24 h内出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术具有操作简单、止血迅速、能保留子宫的优点,用于治疗剖宫产术产后出血患者能明显缩短手术时间,减少出血量,且术后并发症发生率低,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of B-lynch uterine suture technique for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods A total of 102 cases of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received traditional hemostatic therapy, while the observation group was treated with B-lynch uterine suture technique. The operation time, total postpartum hemorrhage volume, postpartum hemorrhage volume within 24 hours, awakening time, effective rate of operation, and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The operation time and awakening time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the total postpartum hemorrhage volume was significantly fewer than that of control group （P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the postpartum hemorrhage volume within 24 hours （P〉0.05）. Conclusions B-lynch uterine suture technique for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section has the advantages of simple operation, quick hemostasis and retention of the uterus. It can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce hemorrhage volume, and has lower incidence of postoperative complications and significant efficacy.
