摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉对于急性脑出血患者的治疗效果以及对患者自由基含量的影响。方法选择我院心血管内科于2012年5月至2015年8月间收治的急性脑出血患者65例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组30例和治疗组35例,对照组患者进行降颅压、脱水、降血糖等常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉,比较两组患者的治疗效果、自由基含量。结果治疗组患者治疗后的SSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,治疗组的SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后2周的SOD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急性脑出血患者应用依达拉奉能迅速清除自由基,促进患者神经功能的恢复,有助于患者的早日康复。
Objective To explore the curative efficacy and effect on the free radical content of edaravone for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to August 2015 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases of control group received routine therapy including lowing intracranial pressure, dehydration and lowing blood sugar, while 35 cases of treatment group received edaravone therapy on the basis of routine therapy. The curative effects and free radical contents of two groups were compared. Results The SSS score after therapy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). The SOD level at 1 week after therapy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05), while no statistical difference was found between two groups in the SOD level at 2 weeks after therapy (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Edaravone applied in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can quickly remove free radical, and promote the recovery of neurological function. It is helpful to patients' speedy recovery.
