老年糖尿病肾病患者的血清维生素D水平及其影响因素

Serum Vitamin D Level of Elderly Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Influencing Factors

目的探讨老年糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的血清维生素D(VD)水平及其影响因素。方法选取2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者98例,根据患者入院检查u ACR水平分为DN组(46例)和T2DM组(52例),比较两组的高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、25-(OH)VD3水平,对25-(OH)VD3的影响因素进行探讨。结果 DN组的hsCRP、Hb A1c水平均显著高于T2DM组,25-(OH)VD3显著低于T2DM组(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,老年DN患者的25-(OH)VD3水平和年龄、BMI、病程、FBG、TG呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病肾病患者血清维生素D水平显著降低,年龄、BMI、病程、FBG、TG为影响患者血清维生素D水平的因素,且呈负相关性。

Objective To explore the serum vitamin D （VD） level of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN） and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 98 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） were selected and divided into the diabetic nephropathy group （DN group, 46 cases） and T2DM group （52 cases） according to the level ofuACR at admission. The levels ofhs-CRP, HbAlc and 25- （OH）VD3 were compared between two groups, and the influencing factors of 25-（OH）VD3 level were analyzed. Results The levels of hs-CRP and HbAlc of DN group were significantly higher than those of T2DM group, and the 25-（OH）VD3 level was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Pearson analysis showed that age, BMI, duration of disease, FBG and TG were negatively correlated with serum 25-（OH）VD3 level （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The serum VD level of elderly DN patients decreases significantly. Age, BMI, duration of disease, FBG and TG are the influencing factors of serum VD level, and negatively correlated with serum VD level.
