Ommaya储液囊置入联合侧脑室外引流治疗脑室内出血的临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨对脑室内出血患者使用Ommaya储液囊置入联合侧脑室外引流的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的脑室内出血患者83例,按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组42例与联合组41例,对照组单纯采用侧脑室外引流治疗,联合组采用Ommaya储液囊置入联合侧脑室外引流。比较两组患者术后的血肿清除率、术后Rankin评分情况及术后并发症。结果联合组术后3 d、6 d、9 d的血肿清除率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的术后Rankin评分良好率为58.5%,显著高于对照组的31.0%(P<0.05)。两组的术后并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 Ommaya储液囊置入联合侧脑室外引流对脑室内出血患者有较好的治疗效果,可及时清除血肿,提高患者术后生活质量。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ommaya reservoir sac combined with lateral ventricular drainage for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods A total of 83 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups. 42 cases of control group received lateral ventricular drainage, while 41 cases of combined group received Ommaya reservoir sac combined with lateral ventricular drainage. The hematoma evacuation rates, postoperative Rankin score and complications were compared between two groups. Results The hematoma evacuation rates at 3 d, 6 d and 9 d after operation of combined group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈0.05). The excellence and good rate of postoperative Rankin score of combined group was 58.5%, significantly higher than 31.0% of control group (P 〈0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of postoperative complications (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Ommaya reservoir sac combined with lateral ventricular drainage for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage has significant curative effect, which can remove hematoma quickly, and improve patients' postoperative quality of life.
