腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术术后的护理研究

Study on Postoperative Nursing of Patients With Laparoscopic Repair of Gastrointestinal Perforation

目的探讨腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术术后的护理方法及效果。方法选择123例行腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术的患者分为两组,给予63例对照组患者常规术后护理,60例观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组的疗效指标和并发症发生情况。结果观察组的下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复排气时间以及住院时间均显著少于对照组,感染、出血、腹腔脓肿、粘连性肠梗阻的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的溃疡愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下消化道穿孔患者术后进行综合护理干预,可有效提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the methods and effect of postoperative nursing of laparoscopic repair of gastrointestinal perforation. Methods 123 cases of patients with laparoscopic repair of gastrointestinal perforation were divided into two groups. 63 cases of control group received routine nursing after surgery, while 60 cases of observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Results The activity time, recovery time of bowel sound, exsuffiating time and length of hospital stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, the incidences of infection, bleeding, abdominal abscess and intestinal obstruction were significantly lower than those of control group, and the ulcer healing rate at 3 months after surgery was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic repair of gastrointestinal perforation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote patients＇ recovery.
