摘要
本研究以76名某重点职业技术学校商务英语专业二年级学生为实验对象,对3个构词法策略猜测词义进行了实证研究,旨在探讨如何提高构词法策略猜测词义的培训效果。研究表明,接受显性策略培训的实验组其构词法策略知识、策略应用及猜测词义成绩显著高于对照组,构词法策略知识与应用呈显著性相关,词缀法、合成法和转化法的猜测词义策略与猜测词义成绩存在显著性相关。
Students' ability of guessing the meaning of words has been generally regarded as a kind of reading techniques and skills. In order to find out how the impact of word-formation strategies forguessing meaning works, this article attempts to illustrate the experimental study after training the students in word-formation strategies. The experimental results show that the word-formation strategies play important roles in guessing the meaning of words.
