窄谱中波紫外线对寻常性银屑病Th1/Th2平衡偏移的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效以及对患者Th1/Th2的影响,探讨NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的机制。方法 55例寻常性银屑病患者采用NB-UVB光疗。采用流式细胞技术分别于光疗前、光疗20次后检测患者外周血中CD4^+CCR5^+和CD4^+CD30^+细胞的表达;同时检测50例健康人作为对照组。结果治疗前银屑病组CCR5^+细胞的百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05);CD30^+细胞的百分比较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。患者光疗后得到明显改善(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB可有效调节银屑病患者Th1/Th2表达失衡,这可能是NB-UVB治疗银屑病免疫学机制之一。 Objective In order to study the rebalance of Th1/Th2 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris who received the narrow-band ultraviolet B( NB-UVB) therapy, and to explore the mechanism of ultraviolet therapy in psoriasis with NB-UVB.Methods 55 patients were treated with NB-UVB radiation only. CD4~+CCR5~+and CD4~+CD30~+Treg were measured by flow cytometric analysis before and after 20 times in patients who were treated with NB- UVB radiation. 50 healthy people were enrolled as controls. Results The proportion of CCR5~+cells were significantly increased in psoriasis(P〈0.05),compared with controls. The level of CD30~+in patients was siganificantly decreased(P〈0.05). After treated with NB-UVB,Th1/Th2 expression was changed(P〈0.01). Conclusion Radiation of NB-UVB works well on Th1/Th2 in patients, and it may take effect through the cell immunity.
