摘要
小学教育的特殊性,使得对教师的道德素质要求也相应较高。然而,当前小学教师的道德发展存在着道德教育意识淡薄,公平公正意识缺乏,敬业精神不强等问题。加强对小学教师的道德培养,需要认同教师身份,多渠道加强教师专业素质培养,严格把关小学教师的准入机制,完善评价机制和监督考核模式。
