目前很多高校弱化了对班主任班级管理工作的要求,出现比较常见且管理偏差较大的班级管理模式。据此,提出适合高校班主任工作实际的班级宏观管理原则和微观管理方法。宏观上:坚持适度管理的原则;以人为本、化管理为服务的原则;引导教育为主、管理干预为辅的原则;重规划、强学风的原则。微观上:通过各种渠道组建信息网络;"互联网+"信息化管理和互动;引导学生自我管理;及时干预和帮助学生。

Nowadays, as college head teachers are not highly required, class management meets with deviation. The paper puts forwards macroscopic principles and microscopic approaches. The principles reinforce proper management and student-oriented, which strengthens the sense of service for students and guides students to make career plan; approaches include building information network to help students learn to manage their own life.
