This article mainly describes the function and effect of educational films in primary and secondary school teachers’ training. Through the education films, we know foreign education and foreign teachers’ images. Appreciating and analyzing the spiritual connotation of educational films which vividly show some educational phenomena and problems, teachers can reflect and solve the problems existing in the educational activities. Perspectives of teenagers growth demonstrated in the educational films can help teachers to master the adolescent growth pattern and understand their inner conflicts with more emotions and wisdom.
