摘要
为提高系统整体控制精度,解决工程应用中高压回馈机组系统各工作状态的投入、切除及故障反馈,提出了一种基于西门子SINAMICS DCM和S7-300 PLC控制的高压回馈机组方案。重点设计了一系列的电气控制系统、SINMAMICS DCM和PLC的控制程序以及上位机组态软件,并进行了软硬件联合测试。实践应用表明该系统可稳定应用于多种工业环境,且人机界面友好,达到预期效果。
In order to improve the precision of the control system and solve the deployment,switch and fault feedback of multiple working status of high voltage feedback technology of motor unit in engineering application,a high voltage feedback technology of 400 k W motor unit system controlled by SINAMICS DCM and S7-300 PLC was designed. Places emphasis on the design of electrical control system,SINMAMICS DCM and PLC program and PC measurement and control system. Practical applications show that the whole system meets expectations in terms of high stability in multiple industrial environment and good interactive processing capability.
