摘要
随着电子产品更新换代越来越快和循环经济推广的要求,电子产品再制造迫在眉睫。本文建立了闭环供应链收益共享契约,引入"市场调节系数"和"回收系数",分别研究了分散决策和集中决策下供应链的最优批发价和最优零售价与回收努力程度、回收系数、全新产品和翻新产品的替代程度之间的关系,分析了利润分配比例不同对供应链上各成员的利润影响。最后用MATLAB工具进行算例分析,分析了零售商的利润比例分配、翻新产品对全新产品的替代度、回收系数与供应链的决策关系,证实了分散决策下的供应链利润少于集中决策利润。
With the rapid development of electronic products and the requirements of promotion of circular economy, electronic product remanufacturing is a pressing task. The paper established a closed-loop supply chain based on revenue sharing, and the market adjustment factor and recovery factor were introduced. The relationships of the optimal wholesale price and the optimal retail price between the recycling effort, recovery factor, the market adjustment factor, and the substitution of the new and the remanufactured products were analyzed respectively. The profit distribution ratio of the members in the supply chain was discussed. An example was analyzed by MATLAB and the decentralized supply chain profit was less than that under centralized decision was pointed out, and the impaction on retailers' profit distribution ratio of new products, refurbished products' alternative degree and recovery factor of the supply chain has been analyzed.
