完善教学评价体系制度有利于教学质量的提高

On the Improvement of Teaching Quality by Improving the Teaching Evaluation System

当前,随着教育改革的逐步实施,教学评价体系的建立已经在世界各国得到了广泛的关注。构建并完善教学评价体系制度对于提高教学质量和开展教育工作具有重要的意义。因此,本文通过阐述教学评价体系制度的教学质量评估标准以及现阶段国内高校有关教育教学质量评价体系的现状,针对当前存在的主要问题提出构建并完善当前教育教学评价体系的建议和意见,进一步提高教学质量和教育水平,积极引导、鼓励广大教师能够以更加积极的姿态投身到当前教育教学的工作当中,通过在前进中不断的摸索,推动教学教研改革,培养更多适应经济建设和社会发展需要的高素质技能人才。

As an important part of education reform, teaching evaluation has been extensively studied on education all over the world. It is significant to build and improve the teaching evaluation system to improve the teaching quality and develop the education work. Through talking about the standards on teaching evaluation system and the status of college teaching quality evaluation system in China, this paper raises some suggestions and advice of developing the current teaching evaluation system based on the reality, in order to improve the teaching quality and education level. And by guiding and inspiring the teachers to plunge into teaching and research work, the teaching ability of teachers will be improved and the reform of teaching and research will be developed. Therefore, there will be more talents with high quality and professional skills suited to the economic and social development.
