近些年来,随着教育事业的发展,技能大赛已经成为各大高职院校选拔高技能实用型应用人才的主要手段。本文主要分析高职院校参加职业技能大赛的作用和借助技能大赛培养高职人才的有效路径,希望能够帮助培养出更多高技能实用型人才。

With the development of education in recent years, vocational skills competition has become the main means for higher vocational colleges to select highly skilled and applied talents.This paper mainly analyzes the role of higher vocational colleges＇ participation in vocational skills competition and their ways to cultivate higher vocational talents by means of it, hoping to help cultivate more highly skilled and applied talents.
