摘要
高校勤工助学作为当今政策中不可或缺的资助方式之一,它"赠予"的不完全是资金,而是获得锻炼和回馈的机会,勤工助学不仅仅是着眼于资助,更在于自助。然而,由于社会的不断发展,高校助学体制的不断更新,各种形式的助学也层出不穷,以至于以助学功能与育人功能相结合的勤工助学育人也逐渐失去平衡,"济困"比例越趋明显,本文在阐述勤工助学的育人功能的同时,分析勤工助学存在的问题,并探讨了如何健全高校勤工助学体系,在充分发挥勤工助学育人功能的同时,完善勤工助学育人平台。
As a necessary form of financial support for college students, the work-study program endow students with both money and opportunities of practice and gratitude. Its emphases are not merely on financial support, but more on self-support.However, due to continuous social development and continuous update of college student support system, various forms of support emerge successively, resulting in the imbalance between the support function and education function of the work-study program,and economic support becomes a more important part. This paper elaborates the education function of work-study programs, analyzes the problems existing in the programs, and explores how to improve college work-study programs, in order to improve the education function of work-study programs and improve the platform for work-study programs.
