浅谈师范院校教育实习中的校际合作现状——以琼台师院小学语文教育专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 教育实习是师范院校人才培养过程中一个至关重要的环节。目前,国内外大学院校不断探索改革教育实习模式,使教育实习的实效达到最大化。大学院校与中小学的合作已经成为认同的一种有效的教育实习模式。本文笔者通过文献法,在参考国内外大学院校与中(小)学合作的成功经验基础上,反观琼台师院小学语文教育专业现行教育实习模式,及其实施的几个阶段,分析师范院校与小学合作的现状。 Education practice is a crucial link in talent cultivation of normal colleges. Currently, domestic and foreign colleges are exploring and reforming the model of education practice in order to maximize the effect of education practice. The cooperation between colleges and primary and secondary schools has become an effective model of education practice. Through literature review and based on the successful experience of the existing cooperation, this paper analyzes the present model of education practice in the major of primary Chinese education in Qiongtai Teachers College as well as the stages in the implementation, and also analyzes the current situation of its cooperation with primary schools.
