民办高校新生复原力与心理健康现状及关系的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Freshmen's Resilience and Psychological Health and Their Relationship in Private Colleges

采用大学生复原力量表和SCL-90(症状自评量表)对大连理工大学城市学院2015级新生进行调查,探讨民办学校新生复原力和心理健康的现状及关系。调查结果表明:民办高校新生复原力及心理健康整体状况良好,复原力能够有效预测心理健康水平。

With Scale of College Students＇ Resilience and SCL-90（Symptom Checklist）, this paper carried out an investigation on Grade 2015 freshmen of City Institute of Dalian University of Technology and explored the current situation of freshmen＇s resilience and psychological health and their relationship in private colleges. The result showed that freshmen＇s resilience and psychological health is generally in a good condition, and resilience can effectively predict the level of psychological health.
