Research on the Characteristics of the Change in University Students' Employment Value Orientation and the Strategies to Guide it

高等教育作为社会人才培养的主要基地,大学生就业问题受到社会各界广泛的关注。在当前新时期教育背景下,受到全球文化的熏陶和影响,大学生就业价值取向发生了一定程度的改变。由此,本文主要就新时期大学生就业价值取向变化特点及其引导策略进行研究,结合实际情况,客观阐述大学生就业价值取向内涵和特点,提出合理的应对策略,以求更为合理有效地缓解大学生就业压力,树立正确的就业价值观,从而推动教育事业健康持续发展。

Higher education is the main basis for talent cultivation, so the employment of university students is concerned by all circles of the society. Under the education background of the new period, influenced by global culture, university students＇ employment value orientation has changed to a certain degree. Therefore, this paper researches the characteristics of the change and the strategies to guide it, and combined with practical situation,elaborates the connotation and characteristics of university students＇ employment value orientation, and puts forward rational coping strategies, in order to effectively mitigate university students＇ employment pressure, and help them establish correct employment values, thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of education.
