摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理干预预防手术切口感染的效果。方法:将手术患者280例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各140例。对照组予手术室常规护理;观察组给予综合护理,在对照组基础上予术前心理护理、术前应用抗生素、完善手术室感染控制相关制度、更新洗手方法、使用新式消毒方法、打开手术切口即刻放置切口洁净袋和保护器、遵守择期手术排序原则。结果:观察组甲级愈合占75.71%(106/140),高于对照组的64.28%(P<0.05),同时,感染发生率也低于对照组(P<0.05)结论:手术室综合护理干预能有效降低手术患者切口感染率,促进切口愈合。
Objective:To explore efficacy of nursing intervention in operation rooms to prevent incision infection.Methods:280cases of surgery had been randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 140 cases in each.The routine care had been adopted for the control group inthe operating rooms,the comprehensive nursing for the observation group.The following measures had also been taken for the observation group:preoperative psychological care,preoperative application of antibiotics,improvement of the infection control system in the operating rooms,updated methods of hand washing and disinfection,prompt placement of incision clean bags and protectors and compliance with elective surgery ordering principle.Results:The grade-A healing rate was 75.71%(106/140)in the observation group and higher than the control group,64.28% and the rate of wound infection was lower,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention in operating rooms can reduce the infection rate in patients with surgery and help incisions heal.
