摘要
通过建立同步器动力学模型并在Matlab/Simulink中仿真,对比了在不同转动惯量和转速差影响下,摩擦系数的变化对同步器性能及结构参数的影响。如果对摩擦系数的变化不予考虑,将会导致非同步冲击等严重问题的出现。
In this paper, the dynamic model of the synchronizer is established and simulated in Matlab / Simulink, and the influence of friction coefficient on the performance and structure parameters of the synchronizer is compared with the influence of different rotary inertia and angular velocity. If the variation of the friction coefficient is not considered, it will lead to emergence of serious problems such as non-synchronized impact.
