某SUV车顶抗压性能仿真分析与优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 参照国内外车顶抗压强度标准,对某SUV进行车顶抗压强度仿真,分析了汽车翻滚机理和受压过程中车顶主要承力部件的受力情况,根据分析结果确定承力部件对车顶抗压强度的贡献度,并针对主要承力部件提出三种优化方案。结果表明,优化后的车顶抗压性能分别提高18.10%,33.94%和9.05%,优化效果较好,为基于抗压强度的车身部件设计提供了参考。 A roof compression strength simulation of an SUV was introduced under the domestic and foreign roof compressive strength standards. The vehicle rolling mechanism and stress conditions of the main bearing components of roof were analyzed.The contribution of the main bearing components to the roof compression strength was determined according to the analysis results and three optimization schemes were proposed for the main components. The results showed that the compression performance of the optimized roof was increased by 18.10%, 33.94% and 9.05% respectively, which provides reference for the design of vehicle body parts based on compressive strength.
