基于SimulationX的液压助力转向系统的仿真分析

摘要 根据液压助力转向系统的结构和参数,采用Simulation X多学科系统仿真软件建立了整体式液压助力转向系统的仿真模型。在输入转向盘转角一定的情况下,通过改变液压助力转向系统中的主要影响参数进行仿真,分析这些参数对转向系统助力特性的影响。仿真结果给出了扭杆刚度变动时转向动力油缸压力和转向齿条所受阻力的动态响应曲线,以及油缸活塞直径变动时转向盘转矩的动态响应曲线和FFT分析。通过仿真与分析,可以进一步对液压助力转向系统进行方案分析和性能优化。 The technology of automobile hydraulic power steering system has some advantages of maturity and stability, reliability, light control, flexible steering, high accuracy, and can absorb the road shock wave and so on. When the hydraulic power system is in trouble, it can rely on the mechanical steering gear to realize the emergency steering. In the case of a certain input steering wheel angle, simulation was carried out about the main parameters by changing the hydraulic power steering system.The paper analyzed the influence of these parameters on the power characteristics of the steering system. The simulation gave the dynamic response curve of the pressure of steering power cylinder and the resistance of the steering gear rack in the change of the torsion bar stiffness is presented. Simultaneously, the paper gave the simulation curve of steering wheel torque and the signal analysis of FFT with changing cylinder piston diameter. We can carry out further hydraulic steering system program analysis and performance optimization through simulation and analysis.
