摘要
选取杭州市两所高校的大学生412名,初步探讨敬畏情绪对主观幸福感的影响。结果表明:艺术类大学生的敬畏情绪量表得分高于非艺术类大学生;敬畏情绪和主观幸福感、大五人格的开放性、外倾性和尽责性存在正相关;控制人口学信息后,大五人格对敬畏情绪具有显著的解释能力;控制人口学信息和大五人格各维度后,敬畏情绪对主观幸福感具有显著的解释能力。研究结果提示敬畏情绪对主观幸福感具有重要的促进作用,应从人格培养和审美教育两个方面培养大学生的敬畏情绪,提高大学生的幸福感。高校应从积极教育的视角,注重对大学生的敬畏情绪培养,探索有助于提升敬畏情绪的教育方法。
The aim of the paper is to explore the influence of awe on subjective well-being. Totally 412 students from two universities in Hangzhou completed the research. The results show that:( 1) The art students' scores in awe scale is higher than that of the nonart students;( 2) There is significant positive correlation between awe and subjective well-being,openness dimension,extraversion dimension and conscientiousness dimension in Big Five personality;( 3) After controlling for demographic information,the Big Five personality has significant explanatory power on awe;( 4) After controlling for demographic information and the Big Five personality,awe has significant explanatory power on subjective well-being. This study suggests that awe has played an important role in subjective wellbeing. We should enhance college students' well-being from personality training and aesthetic education in the future. Universities should pay attention to the students' awe education and explore ways to improve the sense of awe from the perspective of positive education in the future.
