专业认证视角下的学生工作课程化模式思考 被引量:12

摘要 高校专业认证是高校教育改革的重要内容和发展趋势。专业认证的核心理念是"以学生为本",改变了以往评价依据"投入+过程"的模式,重点转移到了基于产出,评价学生学得如何。专业认证视角下学生工作课程化模式建设是遵循专业认证标准,以学生为中心,以学生学习成果为目标,通过制定与专业认证要求标准相匹配的专门的学生工作人才培养方案,利用多样化的授课、考核方式,创建新型学生工作队伍,为课程化实施提供多元化师资支撑。同时,通过大力开展丰富多彩的第二课堂课程化活动,使专业认证和学生工作互为支持,共同完成人才培养的目标。 University professional certification is an important factor and development trend for higher education reform."Studentcentered" is the core idea of the professional certification. Instead of traditional‘input + process' model,it focuses on the output and evaluation of the student study performance. The student work curriculum model construction from professional certification perspective is in compliance with the standards of professional certification,it is student-centered,targeting at student learning outcomes,building special student talent training scheme to match the professional certification standards,using diverse teaching styles and assessment methods,and creating new team to provide diversified teaching support for the implementation of curriculum pattern. At the same time,by vigorously developing the second classroom curriculum activities,professional certification and students work will combine together to achieve the talent training target.
