摘要 目的:了解医学生对医患关系的认知现状,为医学生的医患关系教育提供借鉴。方法:采用自制调查问卷,分层整群抽取该校临床医学专业一至五年级学生进行调查。结果:91.74%的医学生认为医患关系紧张,高年级学生比例高于低年级(p<0.01)。结论:医学生对医患关系现状认可度较低,对医学生日常学习产生消极影响,高校需加强正面教育引导,针对学生实际分类指导,减少消极影响。 Objective: The aim is to investigate the perception on doctor-patient relationship, and to provide reference for doctor-patient relationship education. Methods: The medical students from the clinical medicine of the college answered the self-made questionnaire. Results: 91.74% of medical students think that the relationship between doctors and patients is tense, and the proportion in senior is higher than that in junior(p0.01).Conclusions: Medical students on the status of the doctor-patient relationship is relatively low degree of recognition, which produce the negative impact on the daily learning, medical university need to reduce the negative impact through strengthening the positive education and classified guidance.
