作为未来医者的医学生,肩负着民众健康所系、性命相托的神圣使命,专业思想至关重要。专业思想不仅关系到医学生个人成长成才,也关系着医学人才队伍的稳定与发展。本文在分析医学生专业思想不稳定现状及原因的基础上,探索巩固医学生专业思想的路径,进一步教育和引导医学生树立积极的专业自信心、牢固的专业思想、正确的专业观,提高医学人才培养质量。

Medical students, as the future doctors, shoulder the sacred mission of the public health and life, and their professional thought is very important. Professional thought is not only related to medical students＇ personal growth and success, but also the stability and development of medical personnel. On the basis of analyzing the unstable situation and reason of the medical students＇ professional thought, this paper explores the path of consolidate medical students＇ professional thought, in order to educate and guide the medical students to set a positive professional self-confidence, strong professional ideas and correct professional view, and improve the quality of medical personnel training.
