摘要
目的:探讨PBL理论在教学中的应用,对护生临床实习效果的影响。方法:将2014年实习的护生96名随机分为二组,一组采取传统的教学模式作为对照,另一组将PBL理论引用于临床教学,通过典型病例讨论、床边综合能力考核、情景导入模式训练,然后通过考核来分析影响。结果:实验组的护生在理论成绩、操作成绩、沟通能力、患者的满意度、对护理事业的热爱程度均优于对照组。结论:将PBL理论应用于临床实习是切实可行的。
Objective: The aim is to investigate the PBL theory in teaching and the effect of clinical practice on nursing students. Method: 96 new interns in 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. One group used traditional teaching mode, another group applied the PBL theory into clinical teaching through typical case discussion, and bedside comprehensive skills assessment and scene import mode training and then analyzed the influence through assessment. Result: In the theoretical results, from operating performance communication skills, patient satisfaction and the devotion to the nursing profession, the nursing students of experimental group are superior to those of control group. Conclusion: It is practical to apply PBL theory to clinical practice
