医疗保险政策复杂多变,公立医院需要不断调整医院医保管理政策,建立适应新医改形势的管理体系,以期能为医保患者提供便捷报销服务,减轻病人负担。文章通过分析目前三甲医院执行医保管理过程中需要面对的问题,制定详细且可行的医保制度,从而节约医院管理成本,提高患者满意度。

In order to provide convenient reimbursement service for medical insurance patients and reduce their financial burden, public hospitals constantly adjusted the hospital medical insurance management policy to adapt to the new reform of the management system. Through the analysis of the current problems in the process of health care management of a grade-A hospital, this article put forward suggestions to make up the detailed and feasible health care system, to save the cost of hospital management and to improve patient＇s satisfaction.
