随着当前社会环境的变化,高校学生干部队伍出现诸如角色定位不清晰,综合素质亟待提高,工作与学习关系难以协调,选拔、考核和激励机制不完善等问题。高校应该完善学生干部培养机制,积极发挥教育工作者的引导作用,营造适合学生干部发展的环境,强化学生干部的服务意识,以促进学生干部队伍的全面发展。

With the current changes in the social environment, there exists many problems in college student cadres, such as the role is not clear, the overall quality needs to be improved, it is difficult to coordinate the relationship between work and learning, selection, evaluation and incentive mechanisms are inadequate. Universities should improve the training mechanism of student cadres, and educators should actively play a guiding role, which will create a suitable environment, enhance service awareness and promote the comprehensive development of student cadres.
