跨文化交际视域下的大学英语教学

On College English Teaching from the Perspective of Cross-cultural Communication

随着中外交流的不断增多,大学英语教学中学生跨文化交际能力的培养也日益备受关注。语言和文化相辅相成,大学英语教学包括语言习得和文化习得两部分。因此,为真正培养出具有较高跨文化交际能力的新型国际化人才,大学英语教师必须秉承语言和文化并重的理念,在继续保证英语语言教学的同时,积极采取有效措施,加强学生英语文化知识的学习和跨文化交际能力的培养。

With the rapid increase in overseas communications, people have been attaching great importance to the cultivation of students＇ cross-cultural communicative competence in college English teaching. It is known that language and culture are closely linked; therefore, college English teaching is both a language teaching and a culture teaching. In order to cultivate the new type of internationalized talents with high-level cross-cultural communicative competence, college English teachers should establish the concept of putting equal stress on language and culture. Besides continually maintaining the quality of language teaching, they need to take positive and effective measures to enhance the students＇ study of English culture and their cross-cultural ability.
