改革开放30多年来,多种社会思潮不断涌现,同时出现了多元价值的选择。在此背景下,如何坚持和巩固社会主义核心价值观在意识形态领域中的指导地位,充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的思想引领及精神动力作用,成为人们普遍关注的热点话题。为有益于巩固和发展社会主义意识形态的指导地位,也为全面建设小康社会提供精神动力和智力支持,提出以下举措:践行社会主义核心价值观,推进"中国梦"价值认同,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力,充分发挥社会主义核心价值观对经济社会发展的推动作用。

Since the reform and opening up for 30 years,with the emergence of a variety of social thoughts and the existence of diverse value choices,that how to uphold and consolidate the socialist core values＇ guide in the ideological field,and to give fully play to the idea of leading the socialist core values and spirit of dynamic action have become a hot topic of widespread concern. In order to consolidate and develop socialism ideology ＇s guiding position, as well as to provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support for building a well-off society in an all-round way,we put forward the following measures： practicing the socialist core values,promoting the ＂China Dream ＂ value identity,enhancing the attractiveness and cohesion of socialist core values and giving full play to the role of the socialist core values that promote economic and social development.
