摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校的重要实践性教学环节,是帮助高职院校学生就业的关键环节。以连云港职业技术学院商务英语专业顶岗实习教学为研究样本,分析了目前该学院商务英语专业学生在顶岗实习中存在着管理周期长、管理主体多元、管理客休分散、管理内容复杂等问题,建议引入PDCA循环管理法,即通过计划—执行—检查—处理的循环模式,有效提升顶岗实习的教学效果。
Internship is an important practical teaching link in higher vocational colleges, the key link helping students’ employment. Taking internship of Business English Major of Lianyungang Technical College as the research sample,the paper analyzes the current problems such as long management cycle,diversification of management subjects,scattering management objects and complex management contents. PDCA cycle management is recommended,namely the plan-do-check-act cycle model,to effectively improve the teaching effect of internship.
