摘要
根据工作实践和文献查阅,对高职大学英语分层教学利弊进行了分析。结果表明,通过分层教学,有利于因材施教,有利于提高课堂效率、学生的主观能动性及教师水平,但也存在教学管理复杂繁琐、实施过程过于笼统、低层学生易受打击等弊端。为此,提出了分层教管理制度化、侧重末位层学生的管理以及打造个性化分层教学过程等有助于分层教学实施的对策。
According to the work practice and literature review,hierarchical English teaching pros and cons were analyzed in higher vocational colleges. Results show that the hierarchical teaching fully embodies the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes,is beneficial to improve the classroom efficiency, students’ subjective initiatives and the levels of teachers, but the teaching management is complicated, the implementation process is too general and low-level students have vulnerable disadvantages. Therefore,such strategies as building of the hierarchical teaching management system, focus on management of the bottom layer of the students puts forward and create personalized hierarchical teaching process are put forward to help implementation of the hierarchical teaching.
