高校院系“精准化资助”工作思路探究——以中国海洋大学海洋生命学院为例

Approaches to Subsidy with Targeted Measures——Illustrated by the Case of Marine Life College, Ocean University of China

"精准扶贫"的提出具有极其重要的意义,将高校资助工作朝着"精准化"的方向发展,有助于提升高校整体资助工作的能力和水平。院系作为资助工作的实践者,应当充分分析当前工作实际,构建符合学生实际特点的精准化资助工作模式,从而最终达到资助育人的目的。

The idea of taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty is of extremely great significance, will push the aid work towards the targeted direction of development, helping to improve the ability and level of the overall funding. The faculty,as funding practitioners,should make a full analysis of the current practice and establish the subsidy model with targeted measures in accordance with the actual characteristics of students to achieve the purpose of funding and cultivation ultimately.
