互操作性概念的演变历程及在医疗卫生信息化领域的实践 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,"互操作性"在国内医疗卫生信息化行业受到越来越多的关注。随着符合互操作性要求的医疗信息平台产品的引进,以及HIE平台在一些医院和区域医疗项目中的实施落地,对互操作性的理解逐步从理论、概念层面深入到技术与系统性能等具体的实践层面。对互操作性概念的演变历程进行了回顾,介绍了通用的互操作性评价模型及在医疗信息化中的应用,分析了互操作性在当前医疗卫生信息化中的关键作用,对实现互操作的医疗信息平台技术进行了简介。 In recently years, the term of interoperability has attracted increasing amount of attention in the healthcare IT area. With the introduction of interoperable platform products and successful implementation of the HIE platforms in hospital and regional health network projects, understanding of interoperability has progressed from theoretical and conceptual levels to practical details such as the technologies and system performance. This survey reviews the evolution of the concept of interoperability, introduces a universal assessment model for interoperability and its application in HIT, emphasizes the key role interoperability plays in current HIT development, and elaborates on the technologies and products realizing interoperability.
