广西电网“46692”运行安全风险管控体系建设及应用

Construction and Application of “46692” Operation Security Risk Management and Control System in Guangxi Power Grid

对传统电网运行风险管控方式进行分析,提出了按照"遵循依据、空间维度、时间维度、协调管控、信息支撑"五位一体布局的现代电网风险管控体系方法,构建了广西电网"46692"运行安全风险管控体系。该体系以4项制度标准为遵循依据,从6个空间维度和6个时间维度辨识风险,联合9方力量共同防控风险,并开发2套信息系统作为支撑。该体系在广西电网深入应用并成功化解重要电网运行风险,成效显著。

Based on the analysis of traditional power grid operation risk management and control methods, the modem power grid risk management and control system method is proposed based on the layout of ＂Five in One＂ which includes ＂following basis, space dimension, time dimension, coordination management and control, information support＂ , and the ＂46692＂ operation security risk management and control system for Guangxi power grid is constructed. The system took four standards as ＂following basis＂, risks are identified from six space dimensions and six time dimensions, and prevents and powers of nine parts are jointed to prevent and control risk together, two information systems were developed as support. The system has been deeply applied in Guangxi power grid and successfully defused important power grid operation risks, which has remarkable effects.
