摘要
为了提高GW4隔离开关检修工作效率,缩短停电维护时间,有必要改进GW4隔离开关的拆装方法。基于GW4隔离开关静触头触指的结构组成,对静触头拆装过程进行力学分析,研发了GW4隔离开关触指拆装专用工具。研制出的专用工具在生产现场进行试用,结果表明:该专用工具适应现场生产需要,可直接用于隔离开关构架上的作业,克服了传统人工操作和检修平台两种方法的不足,操作简便,有效缩短了检修作业时间。
In order to improve the work efficiency of GW4 disconnector maintenance and reduce the outage maintenance time it is necessary to improve the assembling and disassembling method of GW4 disconnector. Based on the structure composition of static contact finger of GW4 disconnector, mechanics during the assembling and disassembling process of static contact is analyzed and special tool for the assembling and disassembling of contact finger of GW4 disconnector is researched and developed. The developed special tool was used on trial in field production. Results show that the special tool can meet the requirement of field production and can be directly used in the work on the frame of GW4 disconnector, which overcomes shortages of two methods of the traditional manual operation and the maintenance platform and is ease to operate and reduced effectively maintenance work time.
