石灰石浆液输送系统的技术改造

摘要 华电贵港发电有限公司一期工程2×630 MW燃煤发电机组的2套脱硫装置石灰石浆液输送系统相互独立,脱硫装置吸收塔补浆无备用通道。当系统设备故障消缺,或入口二氧化硫浓度短时间超出设计值时,脱硫装置出口二氧化硫排放浓度可能会超过标准值,为解决此问题,对石灰石浆液输送系统进行技术改造,增加了第2、第3补浆通道。改造后两年多的运行情况表明,石灰石浆液输送系统可靠性大大提高,脱硫装置出口二氧化硫排放达标率为100%。 Two sets of desulfurization equipment limestone slurry transportation systems is independent of each other in Huadian Guigang Power Generation Co., Ltd. first stage project 2×630 MW coal-fired generating units, and the slurry supplementing of absorption tower of desulfurization equipment has no spare channel. When the fault elimination of system equipment happened or the SO2 inlet concentration exceeded the design value for a short time, the SO2 outlet emission concentration of desulfurization equipment may exceed standard value. In order to solve the problem, technical modification has been taken to the limestone slurry transportation system, which added second and third slurry supplementing channels. Two years operation after the modification shows that the reliability of the limestone slurry transportation system has been greatly improved and the reaching standard ratio of SO2 outlet emission of desulfurization equipment is 100%.
